Advertising platforms

We do not send your questionnaire answers to advertising platforms, and we do not use them to create advertising audiences. Any analytics or advertising tools are configured so that sensitive questionnaire content is never shared with them.

Promotional emails

Promotional emails and special offers are sent only if you give separate, optional consent. This is not combined with the consent required to deliver your plan. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to store your information securely. Please do not include other people's names, addresses, medical records, or information you would not want stored securely when completing the questionnaire.
